DMX Sent Back To Jail For Failed Drug Tests
Legendary rapper DMX was taken into custody in a Manhattan court this morning for failing drug tests, violating his probation terms.
DMX has been on probation as a result of his tax evasion case after striking a plea deal that drastically reduced his maximum sentence. Sentencing was scheduled for March 29th, but he was ordered to be sent to jail today when he tested positive for opiates, cocaine, and oxycodone.
DMX’s attorney Murray Richman told TMZ: “I’m saddened and disappointed. We’ll have to deal with it accordingly.”
