According to recent reports, Will Smith’s father has passed away.

While the world is stressing about today’s presidential election, Will Smith we presume is at home with a heavy heart for something else. According to a recent Instagram post from Smith’s ex-wife Sheree Fletcher, Will Smith’s father Willard Carroll Smith Sr. has passed away. Will has not commented yet on his father’s passing.

Smith with his son and father, with the following caption: ““We’re gonna miss you Daddio! You lived & played by your own rules… you truly were 1 of a kind! You instilled discipline, and a work ethic that has created a legacy in your honor!”
