The Game’s Request For A New Trial Temporarily Denied

The Game’s request for a new day in court was denied because he didn’t file the paperwork correctly.

Last month, The Game was found liable for forcibly reaching “his hand inside [a woman’s] dress to rub her bare vag!na and buttocks.” The court ordered the L.A. rapper to pay $7 million in damages.

Now, The Game wants a new trial to reduce the penalty he was ordered to pay. Yet, the judge refused over a technicality; the rapper failed to correctly file his paperwork. According to sources, he left out basic details about the case — like hearing dates and times — that are crucial for the request.

However, The Game can still file his request again. So he may get his day in court after all. Just not right now.
