Well, that and Rio Ferdinand’s bow tie, anyway.But it took just 15mins for a questionably-offside Sergio Ramos to brush Gareth Bale’s flick-on into the back of the net andgive Real the lead in European football’s biggest game.In doing so, Ramos made Champions League history.
“YESSS! I WENT TWO MINUTES WITHOUT MOANING TO THE REF! YESSS!”
He became the first defender in history to score in TWO Champions League finals.Of course, his other strike wasthe dramatic last-minute equaliser in the 2014 final, also against neighbours Atletico, where they eventually ran out 4-1 winners.Who needs Ronaldo, eh?
