Jury Reportedly Finds The Game Liable In Sexual Assault Lawsuit

The court has ruled in favor of “She Got Game” contestant Priscilla Rainey, who claims Game sexually assaulted her during her time on the show.

The Game has reportedly been found “liable for damages” in a sexual assault lawsuit launched by She Got Game contestant Priscilla Rainey. According to The Jasmine Brand , a jury reached a verdict after 4 days of testimony, ruling in favor of Rainey.

While the initial suit requested $10 million in “physical, psychological and emotional damages,” it has not been confirmed how much money Game will be liable for.

Rainey’s suit claimed that Game assaulted her multiple times while the two were at a bar in Illinois, and the rapper was intoxicated. The alleged assaults took place while Rainey was a contestant on the rapper’s Vh1 dating show, She Got Game. Rainey claims that at one point during the night, Game “forcefully reach[ed] his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vag!na and buttocks.”

The Game has maintained his innocence throughout.
