Iggy Azalea Named GQ Australia Woman Of The Year

Iggy Azalea graces the latest cover of GQ Australia.

It’s been a tumultuous year for Iggy Azalea . She broke up with her fiance Nick Young and, due to numerous album delays caused in part by problems in her personal life , hasn’t released a song since the second week of January. GQ Australia has nevertheless crowned Azalea the magazine’s GQ Australia’s Woman of the Year .

She gave a speech while accepting the honor at a GQ bangquet. “I didn’t realize everyone was going to have such hilarious speeches and I didn’t prepare anything this week,” she said. “I just want to give a big thank you to GQ for this award. I’ve won a lot of awards over the last few years, but this one means the absolute most to me because I can finally say I have an award winning vag!na. Thank you.”

“I’m excited [about my award]. I like to call it ‘vag!na of the Year’ though,” she continued. “I don’t know why it cracks me up, I just think it’s funny to reduce myself down to a vag!na sometimes. ‘vag!na of the Year’ is a big achievement, number one Australian pvssy. People won’t get the joke, but it’s funny because [in the media] women are reduced to vaginas. Some days I’m a vag!na, others I’m a human.”
